We as people are very different but there is something we think everyone can agree upon: making Ben Affleck Batman was a terrible idea. Like, borderline reckless. He was bloated and sad and, let's be real, Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice director Zack Snyder should take a backseat from making insanely expensive and dreary CGI spectacles for a second. But in 2021, Affleck is proving to us that anything is possible, even reuniting with your incredibly hot, talented, and ageless ex and captivating the internet with your Dunkin Donuts habit. The fact that he recently appeared in a "Love is Love" rainbow shirt the week his bestie Matt Damon admitted to, then retracted, his frequent use of a gay slur is just another glowing example of what we can only hope is a true Affleckaissance.

Anyway, when Affleck shot Batman v. Superman throughout metro Detroit in 2015, he looked to this swanky and totally modern Downtown Royal Oak home which bears the nickname, "The Bat Cave."

Described as Royal Oak's most exclusive residence spans 4,114 sqft on a 6,098 sqft lot and includes three bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and a whole lot of design features that would have Bruce Wayne all worked up in his much-too-tight bat suit.

The home, a converted industrial space, boasts 17 foot ceilings, a 35 foot-long skylight, heated floors, folding glass walls, a home automation system, and a dog washing station. The kitchen is a perfect place to whip up a bat snack and has, you know, ample storage for iced coffees and boxes of donuts. The kitchen features 10 foot stainless steel prep island, a second island with seating for six, custom cabinets, premium stainless appliances, ice maker, walk-in pantry, and a whopping three dishwashers and three sinks that you can convert into ashtrays.  Oh, there's also a chilled wine room or as Affleck probably called it, "the whine room."

The primary bedroom suite overlooks the private courtyard, which boasts a custom fountain, and has a spa-like master bath with a 16 foot tall multi-head shower.

Perhaps the star of the home is the aforementioned private courtyard where you could, stroke your Oscar statuettes and you know, troll the paparazzi.

Bonus, this home comes with 50+ parking spots so the Batmobile will never run the meter out.
