The former Detroit Free Press building at 321 W. Lafayette has been transformed into 105 residential units with a gym, rooftop pool, and autonomous parking garage. The 14-story Art Deco building was designed by famed architect Albert Kahn. It had been vacant since 1998. Dan Gilbert’s Bedrock Detroit completed the renovations.
