On Wednesday, Jan. 17, more than 100 locals braved the cold during a march to urge lawmakers to consider legislation to protect immigrants brought to the country illegally as children.
The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals act was established in 2012 by the Obama administration and rescinded in late 2017 by the Trump administration.
