This 1958 redwood cube that appears to be floating in the Michigan woods just outside Ann Arbor was built by University of Michigan architecture professor Tivadar Balogh for his family. In 2013, this award-winning architectural beauty was added to the National Register of Historic Places. Originally listed for $750,000 in October 2019, the Balogh house is still on the market and with a smaller price tag, which means this house could be yours for $675,000.
The Balogh House was originally constructed for $32,000, after Balogh's drawings of the home won him the 1957 Progressive Architecture Prize.
